so it took me approximately five thousand years, but i’m swapping from using namecheap for hosting to digital ocean. i’ve been so overwhelmed every time i think about trying to set up a wordpress install on namecheap, and i realized out today that i felt overwhelmed and upset not because i was “too st-pid” to figure it out, but because namecheap isn’t really meant for someone like me who’s used to having full access to a server.
so i’ve bought this cute little domain and a cute little droplet and i’m trying out microblogging on here.
… or blogging? what actually is the difference between blogging and microblogging, we just don’t know.
